Intended settlement date

The intended settlement date (ISD), also called the contractual settlement date, is the date agreed in a trade on which securities and cash should change hands. For trades on EU trading venues the Central Securities Depositories Regulation (CSDR) sets it at no later than two business days after the trade date, moving to one business day from October 2027.
